Free Wi-Fi was fast and the service was good! Location: the hotel was short walk to the Temples at Siem Reap, and Angkor. And it's within a close distance from Abacus Restaurant, ate there once or twice.

The prices of everything were reasonable. Within minutes of arriving I had arranged a three day itinerary of Angkor Wat with a personal tuk tuk driver associated with the hotel. The prices of that were practically identical to what I had read online on what to expect, i.e. there was no need to haggle or bargain, they were already offering best prices. After talking with the driver, apparently that's the owner's policy to just be reasonable with the customer up-front. The staff seemed genuinely happy and well taken care of.
I had some noisy neighbors but it was nothing worse than I'd experienced elsewhere in Cambodia. The food was forgettable.

The location was great, next to the garden, the window-bars, and the jungle. It was in quiet surroundings. - the rooms were airy and bright, with free water, a fan, and a comfy bed. - Amenities included a coffee maker, a refrigerator, and glassware.

The room is clean and the staff there are very very friendly, so kind that I can hardly describe it. The included breakfast is very tasty. The location is a little far from the old market, you need to take a tutu to come back if it's late night. But still, that's what you need to pay for the quiet environment. My friend lived very nearby the old market and she said that's so noisy that she had to change her hotel, so, that's your choice.
Ants climbing outside the window. They might can not get into the window screen but still a little creepy. But that's nothing, it's clean inside.

This is a gem! We stayed there two times: first a week then an extra two days (with a gap of two days). The rooms are very clean. You get fresh complementary water every day. The location is very good. North in the town, so you can cycle tot the temples (in just half an hour) and just a 3 minute tuk tuk-ride from the touristic centre. If you don't mind crickets, it's quiet. There is a restaurant with an nice menu and good food. The staff is really wonderful (good service, there very nice and try to help you as good as they can). Good value for the price. We would certainly go back if we visit Siem Reap again.
We liked everything.
